• We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days
• We use a next day delivery service when shipping to most parts of the UK. This means, we may not dispatch your order until the 4th working day for delivery on the 5th
• Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email to let you know your order is on its way, together with tracking details for your delivery

How we process orders

So that we can continue offering a broad selection of high quality products, we sometimes dispatch orders directly from our suppliers.

We calculate the most efficient route of fulfilling each order in as few shipments as possible, depending on both Lampsy's and our suppliers stock levels.

Sometimes we may choose to order goods in for dispatch from Lampsy's warehouse, rather than dispatching direct from our suppliers. 

We'll always try to send your whole order in a single shipment, however in some circumstances we may need to dispatch your order in more than one shipment.

Pre-orders

We offer the ability to pre-order some out of stock items. The estimated availability date for pre-order items is shown above the add to basket button on product pages. This availability date is provided to us by our suppliers and may be subject to change.

If your order contains pre-order items, your order will not be dispatched until the pre-order items become available. If you would prefer for us to part-dispatch the available items in your order, please reach out to customer services and we'll be happy to arrange this.
