I've changed my mind

To return an item, go to Your Orders and select Return Items.

If you didn't create an account when placing your order, email hello@lampsy.com and we'll set one up for you.

We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from Lampsy.com.

If you've changed your mind about an item purchased from Lampsy, you can return it to us for a refund. You'll need to do this within 14 days of receiving it.

When returning items, we recommend you use a tracked service with adequate cover. Please note, we're unable to reimburse the cost of returning an item.

Please note that we are unable to refund any premium or international delivery charges.


Damaged or missing items

We take great care when processing orders to ensure that everything arrives in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives and items are missing, damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as you can.

Remember to quote your original order number when contacting us, and if possible include a few pictures.

When an item arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.


Refunds

Although usually faster, please allow up to 14 working days to process your refund once we have received your return.
